Strange Shelby bike

I can't post a pic of it yet but I found a bike a cannot find ANYWHERE online. It's a Shelby, no sprocket, Dana Gear Box 3 speed with shock absorbers. Two cables from the handle bars. Girls Bike. Have any of you any idea what the heck this thing might be?

Those Dana gearboxes were an aftermarket item, could be installed on any bike with a standard US sized BB. -Adam
