Correct me if I am wrong (wouldn't be the first time!), you can add truss rods to any fork as long as there's room on the steer tube... right?
I mean there's nothing different about a truss fork and a non truss fork beyond the truss mount being added to the stack correct?:crazy:

Also, is there a correct terminology for a typical truss fork and a truss fork the has the rod bracket/support coming off the top of the forks (Hopefully that's clear enough)?
 
No stupid questions. Only ignorant people that don't ask questions and remain ignorant.

You can't add truss rods to springer forks, just regular forks. Truss rods have to be the correct length. Each head tube length takes a different length truss rod. And the terminology...it's called a braced truss fork. Gary
