Kinda short notice but Sunday, Oct. 17th a few of us plan on doing a cider ride on the Paint Creek Trail in the village of Lake Orion. We'll meet between 12:00 and 1:00. Ride time is 1:05!
The Trailways Commission owns a 12 space paved parking lot located behind the Atwater Commons Plaza. The Plaza is located at the corner of M-24 and Atwater. The parking area is located behind the Kentucky Fried Chicken, near Converse Ct and is marked with signage.
The trail is crushed limestone but easy to ride on, even for Freakbikes.
Some of the guys are interested in dressing up and making this an early Halloween ride, so feel free to wear a mask, custume or just come as your ugly ol' self! While on the ride, we'll be stopping at the Paint Creek Cider Mill for donuts and cider!
