found this at a automotive swapmeet any one know anything about it? i tried lookin around on line but couldnt find anything. i was told its a 1930s bike.....

I'd second that, it seems to be a CWC. As to the reason for that particular badge, I'd say it was re-badged for a hardware store chain or something along those lines.
 
i saw one a little while back with a locking fork (lock on the headtube) never figured the year on the one i saw though, and it had a skiptooth drive. never found much info on it either, i do believe is was made for a hardware store of sorts though.
