Very cool basket, for sure! I can't post photos here, but the same style basket was being offered for trade on the CABE. I believe that you'd have to become a member to view the item, but that's easy to do. The owner of the basket is extremely knowledgeable on the subject of old bicycle parts.

Thanks for the link mark. Every bit of info helps! I cant find ANYTHING on this basket. I'd like to find an old photo of the basket on a bike.

This things pretty cool. Mine has a nice, rich, even rust patina going on, which is what i like. Was throwing the idea around of cleaning it up and having it chromed too. I think that be sweet with the design.

I'll get some pics up as soon as i figure it out!
