"Airless" and "Chainless"- they may be onto something if they ride well enough (I have heard widely varying opinions of airless tires).

Even the Felt bikes have big ugly welds.
those felts need big ugly welds because they have alloy frames. if you grind down these welds they will be very weak :|

Those Rugged bikes are awsome, shaft drive and 3sp hub, make mine green! I'd like to see how the tires ride too. A 26" cruiser I got had 26x1.75 tire with those "No more flats" things. Worked, but not real managable, the ride was weird like it could fall off the tires if I turned to fast. As far as the "big ugly welds" go, some of us (I'm a welder  ) like seeing some sweet beads. On an aluminum frame, a weld should look like "a row of dimes" and be uniform. But if you don't like the look theres always bondo!

two kick stands on either end seem redundant. Just put one in the middle?
I agree with that, it's too weird even for me. Can't wait to see their upcoming step thru frame. Looks wicked from what they let you see.

maybe its for loading those front baskets up heavy, ive loaded my typhoon up before where the front kickstand would have came in handy, i like the shaft drive but im not crazy about the airless tires and alum frame combo though, it beat ya to death on longer runs.
