Monark SilverKing.Had a buddy call me and met him bouts 15 minutes from home,he gave me this old bike..Not too shabby in the garden,is it worth fixin?? :?

I have a 50's lincoln bike that was rusted together solid. But with enough PB blaster and heat anything will come loose.
Tear it apart!

Cool bike. At any rate, I'd be happy to have it. :mrgreen: I like those frames... is that chrome on the fork? Looks non original, and seems that the head tube is levitating on it.

Here is a better pic of the head tube.It made me look twice too but i think it's supposed to be that way. 8)

I think that's a spacer someone put in there to make up for replacement forks that were too long for the frame.

Update: Wildcat. you were correct sir. That is a spacer on the head tube.
Flipped the bike over and found a badge with serial number and model number too.
Model#4106X..Serial#0173570.I'm thinkin early 50's??
