So I finally joined late last night....or was it early this morning? Anyways I wanted to post some pics of the bikes that I have accumulated over the last year or so. I'm wanting to restore a few of them and turn a couple into some rat rod type bikes so if anyone has suggestions please post as I'm new to customizing.
Murray Intimidator-not sure what year, this was my first and only paint job. Turned out okay but was definitly a learning experience.
I bought this bike for $10 and it was basically just a frame with a bunch of broken parts. I was told by the guy I bought it from that it was an Iverson but I highly doubt it. What do you guys think?
I also got this bike for $10 as a project for my girlfriend. Its a 1975 (I think) Schwinn Breeze. Basically I just need new cables and a good cleaning and she'll run
This is my Ross Custom that I have yet to do anything to....ideas would be greatly appreciated. The one thing I like about this bike is the 3 speed grip shift
And finally by personal favorite, this is an old Murray ? that I got a while back and have just been sitting on it wondering what to do with it. The interesting thing about it is the badge it has on the tank. I've included a picture to let you guys see. I guess this bike belonged to Staff Sergant B.L. Collins. I have no idea what the date of this bike is but some info would be greatly appreciated.
I also have a Specialized Globe which is my daily rider and I just got a AMF Roadmaster Jr. Tank bike that I want to turn into a bobber style bike....I'll post some pics of it in the near future. Thanks for looking guys!
