They have been trapped sense August 5, they weren’t going to be able to be rescued until Dec- They are being pulled out today!!!

A capsule will be lowered down the hole. On the 30min ride up the miner will have a hours worth of air, lighting, tv monitor/mic and a cabled winch to lower himself in case the capsule gets stuck..

Crazy story man, be praying for these 33 men guys

It is awesome.

Ive been keeping tabs on this story from day one.
Two rescues I remember the most.
The first one when the little boy lost it, and later on when a little girl looked like she was going to hyperventilate- and than lost it when her dad surfaced. Or watching those guys as they came out and just loving on there family, than seeing their buds and giving each other manly handshake/hugs- good stuff!

My wife and I were glued to it.

Us too! My wife starts work at 5am on a morning so she is up earlier than me,
but she called me down at 4:30am to watch the last rescuer leave the mine this morning!! Its all been very emotional!
Fantastic to see it end this way :D
