That strongly resembles the road bike I accidently backed over last year, wheels were in the same sad shape My neighbor left it lying in the alley and I did not see it, I sure hope thats what happened here.

that battery is dead on the computer and its missing the wheel sensor
I robbed the dérailleurs and other small bits to salvage this bike
