i finished up earlier today.
this is what i started with.

i'm pretty satified with it. i wanted to use a cooler vintage stem, but i'd have to use a bunch of shims.
i took it for an extended shake down ride today and it was more comfortable than i thought it would be.
so i'm happy.

how do i feel about 'em? i love 'em. i'm not happy that they're the most expencive part on the bike, but they do fill out the bike perfectly, and they do ride smoother than smooth.
