The Philly Bike Expo 10/29 and 10/30

The Bike coalition is having it's annual bike expo at the 21st Street Armory on 10/29 and 10/30. Lots of handmade custom bikes and vendors. Beautiful worksmanship on display, seminars and the like.

It's usually slanted more towards fixie/roadie stuff, but there's a swap meet on Sunday and The Jersy Devils Bike Club will be there, representing the non-spandex side of cycling! Come on by!

I sold 1 $50 bike and a handful of $10 parts that I probably would've donated to the bike coalition if I didn't sell them. I think next year I'd do Trexlertown instead.
Anyhoo, some pictures...

We did sell a bunch of stickers...getting the word out is always good.

The free coffee truck...mmm, coffee...

Inside was a bunch of high end vendors, lots of road bikes and such. Beautiful high buck craftsmanship, but not my style. One notable exception was Watson Bikes. They had 2 that caught my eye...

And Mini-me was brought along to help corrupt the innocents
