This bike started out as an AMF ladies ten speed, about the most generic bike you could imagine. I got a set of smaller ape hangers and the seat from a worn out kids stingray style bike. I changed the wheels from 26" to 24" so I could run 24x1.95 tires. I had to change the one piece crank to one from a 20" bike so the pedals wouldn't scrape on the turns. The flame cut out is a piece of thin steel that I rotozipped to death. The little fenders were also from the kids stingray and the headbadge is a repurposed napkin ring. Still need to change that rear wheel to a single speed coaster brake but they aren't real easy to find. I learned alot on this first build and had fun building her for my daughter.
