How many of us has gotten to that point where you just get tired of seeing bikes that you plan on doing something with but never get to and you finally just decide to thin the herd. Do to someone in my town not liking all the bikes in my yard I had to thin a bunch of bikes I either use for parts or rebuild for people that can't afford new bikes, which wasn't a bad thing in a way. but now I walk by my small line up of bikes waiting to be gone thru and finally decided since I have so much going on lately that I would thin the herd of the bikes I really have no connection too. The upside the wife will be happy and I will get some needed cash for my next 2 projects.

I have the opposite issue.
As much as I'd love to unload some of my stuff, my wife gets upset when I mention it. She's convinced I'll own a bike shop one day, I have no intention of ever owning a business again.

So I guess I'll just keep asking myself "what am I gonna do with this stuff"? Every time I go into my garage.

I start browsing ads trying to figure what I should price my stuff at, and before my stuff is sold......I have bought more new stuff.
I'm right there with you, unfortunately I'm still waiting for payment on my Graco. But if it comes, I have a list.

Of course she is real - she rides to work with him every day in the carpool lane!

Falstaff is your wife a real person? :13:
I know, it's strange.
Even though I haven't built anything spectacular yet, once they're built and painted she thinks they're "pretty". Even the ones without paint or the original bikes I have.

I guess it doesn't hurt that we both have our own garage, that way my stuff isn't in her way. The best part, she says one day I'll build something that I can park in the living room.

Yup, I'm a lucky guy.:inlove:

That's hilarious, atleast "SHE" wouldn't get upset if I sold stuff.
