One of the kids in my neighborhood dropped his bike off to me to fix the chain. One of the links had come apart...So after I sorted that out, I see that the rear wheel is taco'd REEEAAALL good...So I pulled it off and settled in for some bench work...

Now I just have to do the same to the front wheel!

After I got the front wheel sorted out I wanted to 'doll' it a up a bit before he came to get it...

He was thrilled! I told him if he ever wanted to sell the bike, let me know!

Thanks! Hanging out on RRB has given me the knowledge and confidence to take on these projects!

did you have to jump on it that wheel was bad. nice work!!
Ha! Nah, I loosened all the spokes, and then pressed the wheel against the edge of my workbench and the floor using my knees to stabilize the wheel and slowly worked it until it was more or less straight....It wasn't perfect, but it was a heckofalot better than when it "rolled" in! And to think, the kid just wanted the chain fixed... :D
