It needs a LOT of work. haven't taken it out of the car since I picked it up (craigslist) but I'll check the date on the sturmey once I do.

Sparta's seem to have a really good reputation, I know of someone local who bought an 80's one for $400. Looks pretty rad too!

hub was dated 74. Sure looks like it was left outside since then...

Love this kind of bike.... Put a Brooks on it and call it done! :wink:

all the bolts (and chain) are held on with rust. Plenty of shakes, not enough brakes.

The brakes are reversed too. Dang dutch =)
