tire question...

you would think I would know this after all the years I've been working on bikes, but...does anyone make a fatter tire to fit on a 26x1 3/8 " rim?

I don't think I've ever seen one. Is it a Schwinn S4 1-3/8" (584mm), or other brand (590mm)? It might help to cross reference 650B tires for first or 650A for the second size, since they coincide.
