Might be a dumb question, but I have a rim with 24 x 2.125 tires, can i change them out with 24 x 1.375?

Yes, you can mount either tire on the same rim.

If the rim is very wide, the narrower tire might look a bit odd "spread out" on it, tho', and the sidewalls would be much more vulnerable to punctures.

If you're using a newer, narrower alloy type rim, it should be good, if an older, wider chrome rim, refer to the previous post.

its a newer cruiser rim. I'm only asking because i found some solid white tires, but there the smaller size.

custom build. Just trying to decide on a "look"

Not sure how familiar you are with the 24x3 tires like the Kenda Flames, but the rolling diameter is the same as the 26x2.0 so yeah they are huge.

As for fitting them on rims that had lightweight tires, I'm not sure. I'd measure the bead diameters before I said yes.
