I am trying to get this bike riding. I just need to replace the Tires and Tubes. Any help would be appreciated. I added photos to aid.

On another note, if I wanted to try and replace the back rims for 26" rims how hard/possible is that? I use to work on and build bikes as a kid but a trike is pretty different. Here's a picture of how it's capped off.

take that 2nd pic to a bike shop and they'll hook you up with tires and tubes.

you can lace any size rim to those rear hubs, finding pre-built replacement wheels would be highly unlikely... :)

Have to figure out which standard of 24" tire it is, but it will be one of these:

I'm kind of betting on the second one. The numbers in the ISO designation like 37-540 are tire width, and rim bead diameter in mm. That's what you have to match up.

I agree that any other rim could be laced to those special hubs so you could mount something more common, like 26" or 24" MTB tires.

Good luck with it.

Thanks. So, are you saying for the rims I will have to by premade ones or can I use a regular 26 and gut it? I dont quite understand lol

don't think you have a snowball's chance of finding prebuilt. use new rims, new spokes, existing hubs.

nothing to figure out, the s-5 marking means it uses the 547mm schwinn proprietary size.

so actually it's neither of those two links...

most any shop can have s-5 tires for you in a matter of days.
