Not trying to be snide but what's wrong or odd about that listing? That pile of junk for $200?
Between American Pickers, Pawn Stars, and American Restoration, television has finally left its indelible mark on the vintage bike market around here. I swear I got the last "scrounger's priced" vintage bike on Craigslist in all of Illinois/eastern Missouri more than 3 weeks ago. I got a 1950's Monark complete and very rough for $10, since then there hasn't been a bike more than 30yo on CL for less than $100, and I've seen several piles of junk like above listed at $200. There has been a resounding shift in the public's perception of old bicycles and it's being succinctly illustrated by CL. Ok, rant over. I'm just getting antsy because I haven't scored anything decent in 3 weeks.
