Traded for a lugged cantilever

I have never seen one of these but my buddy offered to trade it for my home built tandom frame I got back last fall since I don't have one I had to have it. Its lugged except the cantilever bars with a 3 piece crank.

It would have to be an import to have a cotter pin crank and lugs, wouldn't it?

The fork crown looks like one from a Sears branded made in Austria bike. They had cottered cranks but I never saw a cantilever model.

It's an import for sure, the only info on it is the numbers in the pic and predom stamped on the crank arm.

I had an Austrian built red JC Higgins cantilever bike . It was a 3 speed also. Sturmy Archer if I remember right. I sold it to Dan at Ichi Bike. There are pics on his website under bikes for sale.

is that a 26" ? Predom is definately European, lots of Predom parts on both my Polish-built Tylers
