Traded my neighbour a carcass for a carcass!

I traded my neighbour this '90s Electra frame, fork, fenders . . .

For this crusty old Firestone:

Figured I'd give the frame the 000 steel wool and Permatex rust gel treatment in a few spots. This is what I found in about 30 minutes:

I found what seems to be CENTURY 200 CRUISER under the crust in the chainguard:

Any other info would be greatly appreciated

Lol, no it was a very civil trade with beers in hand, the Canadian way! :lol:

The Electra lived outside in the garden all winter, much better chrome and paint then the ones made now. I got the parts I wanted off of it. The Firestone was begging to be rescued, so it worked out nicely, lol.

I would be just stating the obvious to tell you that the Firestone is equipped with one of those rare, gravity-defying chains.
