Once again the LBS comes to the rescue I picked this up a few months ago I think it was a display as it was missing the reciever part. I made one up tonight and mounted it to the Camper I have a thule hanging type rack but it doesent like the olg or girles frames as much. One more hole and bolt after work tommorow and its done. Test run to Mich over the 4th.

Nice! I've always been afraid to mount something to the back bumper of my pop-up for fear that if it fell off, I'd never notice. :?
When I get back in town, I'll take some pics of what I did.

The reciver I built bolts to the bumper and the frame not towing strong but well over the need for the rack and bikes. It will have a strut up to the old spare tire mount in the center of the back.

Here's what I did to bring along the bikes when we took the camper. The whole project cost about $75 and that was mostly for the fork clamps. I did all the work except bending the steel brace that bolts to the camper frame and the uprights. A metal shop did that for me for something like $8. I did this several years ago so please forgive my vagueness on actual costs...and how dirty my camper is!

Thats nice I was thinking about that for the front incase I needed to bring more bikes back than I came with. I had a test run to Mich. today 250 mi alls well no problems I added a set of braces from the old tire mount to the top bolt of the rack. I can sit on the rack with no deflection.
