Trailmate for cheap

Was driving by a second hand store and say this bike. Says trailmate on the headbadge and decals. Judging by the decals looks like it is late 80's or early 90's. It's kind of a weird looking industrial bike but for $10 it was worth it. I really bought it because it has the heavy duty wheelset like a worksman but the rear hub is Bendix.

That's really cool. I'd change out the forks and board track it. I really hate that style fork.

I'm not really a big fan of the bmx style fork either. I put some air in the tires and took it for a quick cruise. The nicest thing about it is that is actually an adult sized frame. I'm 6'2" and didn't feel like a circus bear riding it.

$10 is a crazy price. I've been wanting a basket for one of my bikes and just a basket like that will run more than $10.
