I don't know what it's really called. I found one blurry pic on-line. At first look I knew immediately that this thing can transform into a boys bike by removing one screw, raising the rear of tank and replacing screw in upper hole behind seat post. This thing is totally awesome and almost too good to be true. Excellent shape. Solid rubber tires

Does anyone have any info on this. Trying to talk my wife into hanging on the wall in our living room[emoji6]
 
That's an AMF bike, badged as an All-Pro because it was sold at Kmart stores. My cousin had the AMF version when we were kids. It looked just like yours except the paint was a yellow-orange fade.
 
I parted and crushed a Hawthorne version as well. The bike was far beyond any hope.

It seems like AMF had a monopoly on convertibles!
