The bar it's self has groves and there extremely tight rode it all day yesterday no problems wiggle or nothing the file didn't make it smooth.

That Typhoon looks wicked! I'd love to build one of those "cantilever straight bar" frames at some point. Love how you shined up the twin straight bars in contrast with the rest of the bike. Very classy!

Wrapping bars in fine sandpaper works well to prevent slipping.

Yes she puts the fake one up Nov 1 stays up for one month then moves it to the bedroom the bedroom goes to the poarch so makes six trees in a 450 square foot apartment. She nuts for Christmas. But like I said before can't say much I build bikes in the living room
