I have a pair of US Royal Airflight whitewalls....were the original tires on a '64 Schwinn Twinn I rescued last year.

If they are lightly used and not too excessively dry rotted, I would say they are worth about $25-$40 each. Honestly, I value them the same as any other used pre war tire. Other opinions may vary.

I have a few US Royal Chain tires. pretty neat idea for a tread pattern..

Hey waker, you've got quite a few really neat sets of these! And I seen the whitewall set of bf goodrich's in your collection too.

Don't know much about the one tire there, but the tread pattern is wicked cool :!:

that's just what's hanging in the basement, there's a pile in the bike shed too! New England is pretty tough on the old bikes, most of the time tires end up being junk but every now and then something turns up that is worth saving.

My collection of tires, only has 3 matching pairs. The rest are loose, mismatched pairs.

I've got two practically new tires, one schwinn typhoon cord and a carlisle lightning dart. Unfortunately, the mate's I have for them are pretty worn

I was fortunate to pick up a 40's elgin over the summer with a pair of nearly new Schwinn Typhoon cord tires on it. they still had the "nubs" on the as they say. not being a schwinn guy I sent them off.
