Unknown Cantilever 26" Lugged Frame:

Hello, all. This is my first post, though I have been lurking for a while now. I picked this up on CL yesterday, and I am having trouble with an I.D. The VIN is : 2150637 located under the bottom bracket. There are no markings other than the Komet rear hub. Here are a few pics:

Looks like the remains of a head badge. Nothing legible I suppose, going by your post. My best guess would be German made.

Seen a girls version really similar (lugs/badge shape/chain guard/cranks) Olympic brand made in Poland

CCR might be right on Polish. I saw a lugged frame bike on eBay not to long ago with that style chain guard that had made in Poland on the head badge. If not Polish then my guess would be Puch (AKA Steyr Daimler Puch), Austria..

It seems likely Daimler/Puch/Steyr either made frames for, or licensed the design for the slightly later 60s-70s Polish bikes. Many with the Rapido badge. They all have that 'slightly off' frame geometry, the cantilever bars seem too low on the seat tube. My early 60s royce Union:
