Unknown frame build

Picked up this frame over the weekend. Gentleman building it passed away and family new nothing about this. Can anyone identify what the bicycle started out as? Gussets and Schwinn style kickstand were added on.

Pacific built, probably 2011. Probably a Schwinn, but could be any of Pacific's brands.

It's a hot looking frame, whatever it is. Can we get a straight on picture from the side? Looks like it has been stretched or slammed, the curve of the cantilever looks affected. I'd guess the section behind the bottom bracket had been extended

I like it. Doesn't bother me that it came from a discount store.
