Seat stays look like Murry to me and the fork looks like maybe schwinn I'm not able to get the serial number yet or more photos

Emory or Webco maybe, but the seat stay is different than anything I've ever seen.
 
Thanks for the imput guys Wildcat I hope your right It does look very similar to the few examples of Webcos I've been able to find I'm going to pick it up today and will be able to post some more pics and maybe even a serial # Whatever it is I'm pretty stoked on it
 
Ok so after getting this thing home and doing a quick paint strip to find any markings And talking with the woman I aquired it from I have determined it is an early beach cruiser frame from some small builder in the Long beach huntington beach area around 76 to 78 very similar to a Webco but not quite the quality the brake bridge is different as well as the drop outs The seat post is rusted in pretty tight other than that it it's in pretty good shape

Since these pics were taken I have removed the seat post and aquired a few parts for the build Going comp orange with old school blue anno wheels and bars tuf neck and maxy cross crank Thanks for the imput it put me on the right track
