UPDATING an old friend

Hereis an old friend I built a few years ago. So I decided to update with a new [old] front hub [Yes running brake less, like the old hill climbers and really Early Harley dirt bikes ] and new [old] front sprocket for that vintage patina Nostalgia :shock: :arrow: :idea: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: 8)




Some time old friends will BITE back when you beat on them trying to get rusty parts undone :x

Thanks, Nightrider. The tires are 24x3 downhill racing tire on the back and 26" on the front. After looking at old Harley racing photos I noticed some ran a brakeless drum hub so did the same. :shock: :arrow: :idea: :mrgreen:

Well I hung this bike back up in the rafters so, I'll show you the same fork I'm about to use on another build.

Very unique fork. That piece that looks like a fender also provides also provides a place to attach the tension springs.

It's a pull spring, springer fork if I'm not mistaken
