Vintage Crate Project....

that's crate with a "C".....

bought a nos diamond 1" pitch chain a couple years ago and always admired the graphics on the box. finally had an idea of something to do with it, i think it turned out kinda neat....

the scanner wasn't working so i just photographed the empty box, then straighted and cropped the image on the computer before printing it on some sticker paper. knocked together a 'vintage' crate out of some leftover 1x pine, a little 'distressing', a little stain, a little varnish, and voila!

(also experimenting with the new point 'n' shoot.....)

maybe i'll put my build off parts in it.... :mrgreen:

you guys rock! ive been thinking of doing something similar, had an idea in my head but thanks to you guys i see what my idea can look like. those are really nice, chimichanga, is that a bottle opener on the side??? where can i get one???
