Vintage Hawthorne! SWEET!

Just cruising the neighborhood on my little moped and saw a yard sale with a few bikes on the side.....Skid.... screech.....u-turn.... had to stop and look twice at the price :shock: :shock: :shock: $5.00 Vintage 1950's Hawthorne, complete, flat tire but $5.00

Needless to say it followed me home. I aired up the tires and rode it, rides great :mrgreen: Light didn't come with it bought that at another yard sale for a buck 8) .

Cool thanks for the info, I just know it looked great for $5. And a buck for the light was a no-brainer, even the battery tray inside is clean as a whistle, I don't think it's ever had a battery in it.
