Vinyl or water transfer?

i did my schwinn in satin black and wondering which would be best, vinyl decals or water transfer?

I'm a fan of water transfer. but if you painted it in powdercoat they wont stick very well

do you clear coat over them or are they fine after they dry?

Yes you can, it will protect them.
