I visited C4 Labs (http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/index.php?threads/rrb-welcomes-c4-labs-powder-coating.69055/) today to drop off an aluminum rack box for powder coating. Chip Bowers, the owner, is a true bike guy in the Rat Rod Bikers mode. All kinds of interesting stuff is to be found in his shop (and basement!). One item was a hand made side pull brake, which appears to be made out of a solid block of aluminum... it's massive. Once I get the rack box back, I'll post photos of that. If any of you RRB'ers need powder coating, Chip is your go to guy.

Finally got around to getting photos of the aluminum bike trunk I had powder coated at C4 Labs. Chip did an outstanding job with a textured black coating. The trunk is mounted on my new Dahon BULLHEAD 7-speed mini-velo.
