Ok most of you hoard bicycles, and I have a few...but can't resist wheels. I have about 30 or 40
loose ones.
I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck. Now I really don't want to get into his business , but Chuck
has lots of wheels. Well bikes too , but lots of wheels. He probably scraps more in a month than
any of us will have in a lifetime.
I went by his house, and he had stuff on a trailer..won't say how much , but you guys picking up
a scrap bike would die for these. Anyway he had this one rim where I could grab it as we stood
there talking and I asked him if I could have it. Chuck is a really nice guy and said yes. I figure its
good for the stainless spokes.
Yesterday its really raining and I grab this rim out of sheer boredom. It has a bad bearing in the hub.
Now since I know Chuck I have an extra loose hub and I take it apart and change out the bad bearing.
I clean the rim and all the spokes, trued it and after a couple hours I have a perfectly good back wheel that I
added to the pile of I will never use.

Who is Chuck?
His screen name is Ind-chuckz. He sells here and cheap. When you look at the shipping
and what he charges ....Its really just to help people out. He isn't getting rich off of the stuff
he sells.

Re: Wheel junky

I have to pipe up on this as well! If you see a deal from ind-chuckz and you are a lil sketchy about it cuz you dont know him, go for it w/o a second thought! This man is as honest and fair as the day is long! I have had a few deals with him, the integrity in which he deals with is amazing!

Re: Wheel junky

And don't get your panties in a wad if it doesn't show up in three days.

Re: Wheel junky

Ok I need to change the post title to WE LIKE CHUCK. Really by knowing him and that he works long hours
and has a family to deal with...the fact that he gives everybody cheap parts is alot. I'm not sure if I worked
on bikes all day sometimes for 10 hours that I would be in a hurry to come home and strip bikes. I think he
is a really good guy and its lucky he is on this site.

+2!!

+3

just be patient, he is busy and does not ship over night. :D

never had a problem. I have a 3rd set sitting around, just because, the price/quality is so good.

on one buy, he was pretty late shipping, so he included some good tires for free.
I would buy again if I needed another wheel set.

I want to get in on this Chuck lovefest. He was a great help with wheels for my build off 7 bike.
I operate on a very limited budget (retired). Thank goodness for Chuck with his 1st class wheels at bargain prices. In addition to his deals, I was amazed that all the wheels, brakes, and hardware were so complete that I didn't have to go hunting for those little misc. items that make you wonder if a bargain was a bargain.
NEED WHEELS...CONTACT IND-CHUCKZ.

I just got a set of wheels from chuck... but he is holding out on my .. he did not say he had 7 speed nexus..
i got stuck with a really good set at a great price...
