weird BMX seatpost clamp ID

i picked up this 79 mongoose the other day and don't know who made this seatpost clamp. thinking it might be a homemade deal?

Helix made a square one, but it was more roundy.. there were a bunch of aftermarket square ones too

It looks like Mr Ticks. Look up on facebook. Makes custom bmx parts in so cal.
