Weird Seat Post size???

I just picked up an RX-5 Columbia re-pop frame from a fellow member, frame and chain gaurd thats all, the seat post hole measures 13/16 or 21.5mm I can't find anything anywhere that will fit. Also, the headset is oversized with a head tube inner diameter size of 33mm, more like a 1 1/8th headset size. Need cups and complete headset for a one inch fork, Anyone have any recommendations or parts that I mentioned for sale to help a brotha out? Looks like I got myself a can of worms here. :arrow: :shock:

Anyone know if someone makes a layback seatpost in 13/16? I'm about 225 lb and don't think if I bend one it will be strong enough
