So I bought this online thinking the frame was 20" -- planned on building it into a fat-as-possible cargo bike thing for me and my dog. Well, nope -- the frame is for 20" tires.. So I'm at a loss. What would y'all do with this?

@horsefarmer @hamppea Sorry, I should have included that: This is, from what I can tell, a children's size Ross Hi-Tech Mt. Hood from 1985. Here's an advertisement from Ross' site:

After I received the frame and very dejectedly began measuring, I started Googling for any information on it, and could only find info on this model with stock 26" x 2.125" tires -- which is why I bought it, mistakenly, in the first place.

What is the top tube length measured center of the head and seat tubes, and does it feel kind of heavy?

Thanks

Here's what came of it! I think I need to raise the seatpost a bit...
