Western Flyer Tourist - LOTS of Pics

[GTCOMA]

I picked this up from a local Ebay auction thanks to a heads up from Ratina. It is a Western Flyer Tourist. Not sure of the year. Serial # 61376 NA

It has:
3 Speed Sturmy Archer Free Wheel
26x1 3/8 tires (some cracking)
Nice cargo Rack on the rear (says Prestube Minor on it)
Cool Bowtie pedals with red accents
painted fenders
Lugged Frame
and the best part - A Dual Hot Head Skull Headlight
It needs some work, but I think it will be worth it
Here are a few pictures for more detail

I did a quick wipe of the grease on the rear hub and it has a 60 and a 10 on it....maybe a 1960? Looks shiny like new

yeah, I hate to leave them rusty, but I don't want to ruin the skulls. I think they are going to have to stay as they are. They have some nice big crusty batteries to clean out of them.

I agree on the lights. Those are way cool. maybe try a Mr. Clean Magic eraser instead of steel wool on them.
