Whammo wheelie bar question

I don't know the correct term, but it might be 'trucks' the assembly that holds the wheels on the steel plate.

Did this assembly have movement from side to side like on a skate baord or was it immovable.

Yep, regular skateboard truck. I remember when they where actually that narrow!

yeah, back in the '60s i had a little red wooden board with metal wheels!!!!

In your photo you can see a black rubber bushing that allows it to move, on skateboards you can tighten or loosen the bolt (looks like a flathead in your photo) to make it stiffer or looser. With it being movable it should allow you to more easily turn while in a wheelie.

I need one of those for my build off drag bike.

What does a boy bike dressed as a girl bike need with a wheelie bar... oooohhhh... drag bike. Nevermind.

I had one of those On a bike I got for xmas in 68 or 69.......man I hated that thing and my dad wouldn't let me take it off.....imagine being a little fat kid with one of those.....someone did me a real favor stealing that bike!...
