Hope this pic is going to load...!
The space for the fender braces seems really wide...does this get filled in with extra washers or something ?

The same thing threw me off on my monark, I didn't need washers. The fender struts should fill the space.

I have seen other members add nylon washers when they have too much space. They help keep things nice and snug while cutting the friction down!

shoulder bolts ? original bolts ? original drop-outs ? looks like you have shorter and longer bolts , i think the longer ones should go in front and swing with the wheel , the bolts should go the other way around and deeper to pivot on the shoulder(no thread) part , to leave threads sticking out the inside of the fork .. just a guess tho ..:39: thats how i would do it ... if you go with washers, use some in a weaker material than steal .. aluminum/copper/brass/ (nylon or composite) is best imo

Thanks for the tips!
The front fender I'm using has only one set
of braces, so it looks like I'll be using spacers.
Like the nylon washer plan..
