Is that good thing? All I know about it is that its a double cross bar and the brakes are mechincal. Not really worried if its worth anything. I think I got a really really cheap price.

Look at Robin Hood, Hercules and BSA. They all use a snowflake sprocket at some point. Also the rear hub may be dated on the shell, if not a Sturmey Archer hub can be dated via the model.

Looks like a Chinese or Indian roadster. Many of these are Raleigh copies.

Is the saddle plastic? A buddy of mine has an India-made TI (Tube Investments) bike that looks very similar and has a plastic faux leather saddle. Yours could be very old or fairly recent. They haven't changed much over the years...
