Mid 50's to 58 model and looks like Goodyear Hi-Way Patrol by Columbia very similar to one I had 4 years minus the fenders

it does look like floridarust is on the money
i checked online pictures and this does indeed look like the good year highway patrol by Columbia.
i have never seen one but it is cool i like how the tank mimmicks the good year blimp logos .
the forks are bent and its missing fenders but still a cool bike.
