I would guess more like the late 80's as 80-86 had the straight bmx style fork. Probably no big money maker as the early crusiers especially for a ladies.

I have seen 6 or so like this and even purchased a couple at Goodwill here where I live.Payed just under $20.00 for the first one and just under $10.00 for the second one. The second one I got on a half price Sat. which they do every other weekend.Flipped one and parted the other to supply parts for a build. :wink:

First of all its not worth very much because its not a schwinn someone just put schwinn stickers on it. Look at the seat tube sticker its crooked. and look at the kick stand not a schwinn . Tony

You could probably run across many similar bikes for the same price or less on craigslist, if patient enough. Especially in a city the size of H-Town.
