I find LOTS and LOTS of mountain, road and 3-speed bikes. I buy every one that I can for $15 and under and flip them to fund my projects.

I was wondering the same thing, maybe just another term for yard sale, garage sale, rummage sale?

A garage sale of items that have price tags, A sale of used household belongings with prices typically marked on tags affixed to the items by sellers that are not required to obtain business licenses .

My last three bikes Murray Santa Cruz, Western Flyer a few weeks ago and my Spaceliner Klunker I just got last friday but I am not sure, they had tags on them but I got them at a bicycle shop in a small fleamarket although they might not count as a tag sale.
