What is this frame?

i dont know what the orig. color was, there is about 4 coats of paint on it.

no it starts with a 48 then a series of numbers after that. i do have a 26er that starts with mou though.

YEA IT DOES LOOK LIKE A MURRAY. THOSE USUALLY CAME IN MATALIC BLUE

Those dropouts look a lot like the ones on a '63 Western Flyer Galaxie that I have stashed away. Cool frame either way. Cheers.
