I'm wondering if this was just painted over or whether there would have actually been a black and red women's bike. The price went down from 100 yesterday, so if it goes down to 50 I might have to pick it up.

Painted over. Looking at the seat post clamp,looks like it may be a Hollywood or more than likely a Starlett .

Could have been any number of things but if the seat clamp is original paint pink, then what Kreep said, or could have been a Debutante or a few others still. It'd be especially awesome for 50$ if the rims are chrome S-7s underneath that hideous black.
