What to do,garden art?

I've had this frame and fork sitting around for a while,Royal flyer badged Rollfast.Someone must have taken a serious slam on it,all tubes are janked.Should I plant it in the garden?Wall art?Cut out head and bb tubes and dropouts for a future build? Not seen in the pic but the steer tube has been brazed back together.Opinions are most welcome,bonus points for creativity!

A pretty frame like that doesn't deserve to be yard art, but how about roof art, add a wind vane to it, or better yet MAKE it a wind vane.
