What would this custom creation be called?

I love to google photos all the time. I forget exactly what site I was looking at, but I think the google search was for "Fatty tire conversion". I came across this custom kids creation, but I have no clue what it would be called. A big wheel with single fatty tire conversion maybe? I donno LOL. Has any one on RatRodbikes made something like this before? IF any of you have pics of something similar, feel free to post it up in this Thread.

Atomic Zombie has a couple of bikes that use a full size car wheel and tire.
